• TARIFFS INCLUDE:
  - Consumption of electricity, water, gas, air conditioning/heating.
  
  COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  - Final cleaning: it does not include the kitchenette, fridge and kitchenware, which are to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 40,00 euros extra charge is requested;
  - Safe deposit: it can be returned at the end of the stay after a status check of the apartment.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  - Weekly cleaning and bed linen/bath towels change: 30,00 euros;
  - Daily cleaning of the apartment: 15,00 euros;
  - Washing machine: 5,00 euros per day;
  - Sea view: 5,00 euros per day (available only in two-room apartments).
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  - Pets: not admitted;
  - Special prices for long stays;
  - Special conditions for stays in the rooms of the Hotel in case the stay cannot start and finish on Saturday;
