Abbaechelu

Abbaechelu Residence is located deep in the green of a pine forest close to the sea, only 10 km far from Pula and a few steps from Pinus Village residential complex, in a natural context throughout the area for a peaceful stay.

Location

The residence is situated in Santa Margherita di Pula, a well-known tourist center in the south-western coast. The residence is only 45 km far from Cagliari Airport. Take SS195 road to Pula and turn to Chia/Domus de Maria. At 41,9 km turn right and go ahead for 1 km inside Pinus Village residential complex.

Apartments

The apartments are all refurbished and functional. They are situated in front of the swimming pool, 250 metres far from the beach. All of them are on the ground floor with equipped veranda (there is only one apartment on the first floor). They are all equipped with fridge, safe, parking place, air conditioning (extra), joint laundry service.
B4 Type– two roomed apartment 4 sleeps:
Living area with sofa-bed, double bedroom (twin also), bathroom.
C6 Type – 3 roomed apartment 6 sleeps :
Living area with kitchenette and sofa-bed, two double bedrooms (twins also), bathroom.

Amenities

The residence has a swimming pool (extra), coffee and ice-cream parlour. Only 1,500 metres far from « La Pineta » commercial city with all sorts of shops, coffe and pizza place. Customized check-in to be fixed in advance and to be paid extra.

All the apartments have equipped kitchenette.

Stays saturdays to saturdays. Check-in: from 17 to 20. Check-out: by 10 am. Small pets allowed with extra charge.
