Located on a panoramic seaview hill, the Complex Capo Blu is around 10 Km far from Pula and a few minutes by car from the enchanting beaches of Chia. We reccommend you bring your own car since the apartments are from 900 up to 1500 metres from the sea. Apartments are available in the following typologies

TWO-ROOMS APARTMENT 2 sleeps

they have a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

TWO-ROOMS APARTMENT 4 sleeps

they have a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

THREE-ROOMS APARTMENT 5 sleeps

they have a living room with sofa bed or single bed and kitchenette, a bedroom with bunk bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

RATES

include aparment rental.

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

Utilities:

water, electricity, gas, bed linen and towels € 25,00 per person per week, to be paid locally (children up to 3 years free)

End-of-stay cleaning

€ 45,00 for two-rooms apartment 2-4 sleeps; € 50,00 for the three-room apartment, to be paid locally.

Deposit:

€ 150,00, to be paid locally, it will be given back at departure time.

OPTIONAL EXPENSES

TV:

€ 25,00 per week, to be paid locally.

Washing machine:

40,00 € per week, to be paid locally.

Air conditioning (pinguino):

€ 60,00 per week, to be paid locally.

NOTES

Minimum stay one week from Saturday to Saturday. Apartments are handed over by 5.00 pm till 20.00 pm and must be vacated by 10.00 am of the departure date. Please give notice about arrival time in different hours. Pets are not allowed.
