Residence Capo Blu

Located in a panoramic position on a hill overlooking the sea Capo Blu Residential Complex is located about 10 km from Pula and a few minutes' drive from the splendid beaches of Chia. It is advisale the use of a car since the apartments are 900 to 1500 metres from the beach.

Location

The residence is located in Santa Margherita di Pula, in the south west coast of Sardinia. It is about 35km from the airport and the port of Cagliari.

Apartments

Two room 2 pax: lounge with kitchenette, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Two room 4 pax: lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Three room 5 pax: lounge with single sofa bed or a single bed and a kitchenette, a bedroom with bunk beds, a master bedroom, a bathroom with shower.

Reception up 24.00 h. unless notice, indoor parking. Upon request/with payment: 2 tennis courts, swimming pool (July, August), air conditioning.

All the apartments are equipped with a kitchenette with cookware and table linen.
