Residence Cala Verde

Set on the edge of a sandy bay and partially hidden among hedges, wonderful flowers, pine trees, the resort complex consists of semidetached houses and flats up to two floors with terrace, surrounded with beautiful gardens. They are all simple but confortably furnished. In the neighbourhood you find many different shops, chemist and first-aid station. The apartments are at 150 up to 600 metres from the white sandy beach and crystal clear sea waters. Different typologies are available as follows

TWO-ROOM APARTMENT up to 2 people

around 40 Sqm, they have a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. Some flats are provided with bedroom in a loft.

TWO-ROOM APARTMENT up to 4 people

around 40 Sqm, they have a living room with kitchenette, a sofa that folds into two beds, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. Some flats are provided with a bedroom in a loft.

THREE-ROOM APARTMENT up to 5 people

around 50 Sqm, they have a living room with kitchenette, a sofa that folds into a bed or one single bed, a double bedroom with king size bed, a bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. Some flats are provided with a bedroom in a loft.

include apartment rental.

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

Utilities:

water, electricity, gas, bed linen and towels, € 25.00 per person per week, to be paid locally (children up to 3 years free)

End-of-stay cleaning:

€ 45.00 for the two-room apartment 2-4; € 50,00 for the three-room apartment 5, to be paid locally.

Deposit:

€ 150,00, to be paid locally, il will be given back at departure time.

OPTIONAL EXPENSES

TV:

€ 25,00 per week., to be paid locally

Washing machine:

40,00 € per week., to be paid locally

Air conditioning (pinguino):

€ 60,00 per week, to be paid locally.

NOTES

Minimum stay one week from Saturday to Saturday. Apartments are handed over by 5.00 pm till 20.00 pm and must be vacated by 10.00 am of the departure date. Please give notice about arrival time in different hours. Pets are not allowed.
