Lantana Apartments

Lantana Hotel & Residence, is located in Pula. Immersed in the marquis, offers both the hotel and the residence formula. The resort architecture is based on the "campidanese" house, the typical south Sardinia home. The resort is characterised by its arches, its airy rooms and bars opening onto patios overlooking a Mediterranean garden of 11.000 m2 with palms, hibiscus trees, giant paradise flowers, marquis bushes, succulents and english lawns. The resort also has an adult swimming pool with children area, a 9-hole putting green and a SPA with various treatments.

the residence has: 17 two-roomed 40 m2 apartments, 12 three-roomed 60 m2 apartments e 3 three-roomed 50 m2 apartments. The apartmens can be on ground floor (with patio) or on the first floor (with terrace).

TWO-ROOMED APARTMENT (40 m2+ 15 m2 furnished patio or terrace with table and chairs): bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathtoom; anon-smoking apartments; one suitable apartment for disabled people.

THREE-ROOMED APARTMENT (50 mq+ 15 mq terrace): All the apartments are on the first floor and are furnished with table an chairs. Sleeps max. 6 . 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower.

THREE-ROOMED APARTMENT (60mq + 23mq patio or terrace): All the apartments are on the ground or on the first floor and are furnished with table an chairs. Sleeps max. + 1 extra bed (upon request); 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed , 2 bathrooms (1 with shower 1 with bathtub). non-smoking apartments.
