• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes consumptions of electricity, water, and gas, bed linen with weekly change, set courtesy;
  -Club card compulsory from 3 years;
  -Final cleaning. The kitchenette is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 26 euro extra charge is applied;
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Bath towels: 8 euros per person per change;
  -Tv. 35 euros per week;
  -Baby cot(0/1 years) 35 euros per week;
  -Small pets(except common area): 30 euros;
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  -Half Board: 110 euros per adult per week; Full Board: 180 euros per week per adults. Infant 0/2 years upon comsuption. Children 3/12 years 35% off. Drinks not included.
