Centro vacanze Cugnana Verde

The Vacations Centre Cugnana Verde was built in the 80s and it has approx 1.000 apartments in the centre of the Emerald Coast, at short distance from Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, two of the most exclusive areas of Sardinia. It is the ideal place to discover uncountable white sandy beaches and a lovely sea, located at the centre of a natural park of Mediterranean plants in a panoramic position that dominates the Golf of Cugnana and an exceptional view to Porto Rotondo. The complex is made of a central area with the reception, shopping centre (with newspapers shop and Sardinian handicraft shop), swimming pool and small square for animation, while the apartments are located in several blocks with different levels joined by small paths and scales.

Location

The Residence is located at Porto Rotondo, at approx 20 km from the port and airport of Olbia and 12 km from the port of Golfo Aranci.

Apartments

The apartments are decorated in a simple and functional way according to the taste of the owners, they have kitchenette with electrical burners and bathroom with shower, some of them have a balcony and others a terrace.
Studio 2/3: Lounge-dining room with 2 sofa beds or bunk beds and foldable single bed;
Studio 4: Lounge-dining room with 2 sofa beds and bunk beds;
Two room 4/5: Lounge-dining room with 2 sofa beds or built-in beds and double bedroom, 5° foldable bed;
Three room 6/7: Lounge-dining room with 2 sofa beds; one double bedroom and twin bedroom with individual beds or bunk beds, 7° foldable bed.

Amenities

Reception 09/13.30 and 16/20.30, two swimming pools from which one for children and unguarded private parking, secretary service. From 13/06 to 13/09 amphitheatre, restaurant, pizzeria, 2 bar/ice cream shops, newspapers, Sardinian crafts shop. Two tennis fields and a 5-a-side football field (private, with extra charge). At the reception it is possible to rent a car, motorcycle and boats, book a short boat trip to the Archipelago La Maddalena, excursions and dinners in Farm Houses. Extra charge: Medical service and at 1 km mooring (booked) In the area services of any kind: At 2 km mini-market, at 7 km pharmacy and at 2 km riding school. With the club card swimming pool use and transfer to and from the beach on a preset schedule. From 07/06 to 13/09 day animation with games, sports and social games, night animation with shows, mini-club 4/12 years with specialized personnel on a preset schedule

Cooking&Eating

All of the apartments have a kitchenette with pots and pans.
