• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  - Weekly forfait: free of charge for children aged 0 to 2 years. It includes electricity, water, gas, use of the swimming-pool, bed linen and bath towels;
  - Final cleaning: it does not include the kitchenette, which is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 50,00 euros extra charge is requested;
  - Safe deposit: refundable at departure after a status check of the apartment. In case of early/late check out, the deposit is returned by return mail to the customer address.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  - Daily cleaning: 15,00 euros for one-room apartments; 20,00 euros for two-room apartments; 30,00 euros for three-room apartments;
  - Bed linen and bath towels: 10,00 euros per person for bed linen; 10,00 euros per person for bath towels.
  - Baby cot/extra bed: 30,00 euros per week until 06/07 and from 25/08; 50,00 euros per week in the other periods.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  - Pets: not admitted.
  - Guests are requested to inform the residence in case of arrivals later than 08:00pm. In case of late arrivals not communicated to the accommodation facility a 50,00 euros extra charge will be requested.
  Other services: reception bureau. In the vicinity: tobacco shop, post office, laundry, boutiques, gym, Wellness Centre, handicraft shops. It is possible to have the daily cleaning and tidy up service of the flat (except kitchenette - to be paid locally)
