This recently built residential complex is very close to the well-known village of Porto Rotondo and to the pretty small marina and is surrounded by some luxuriant and well-kept gardens characterised by the Mediterranean scrub.

Location

Its strategic location offer its guests the comfort to be very close to the centre as well as to the wonderful beaches, among which the famous Ira beach. It is about 20km from Olbia's port and airport.

Placed on the ground or first or second floor, these big apartments are elegantly furnished and have LCD TV, air conditioning, a big equipped veranda.
One-room apartment: a living-room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bathroom, a big veranda or terrace.
Two-room apartment – 4 people: a living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a big veranda or terrace.
Two-room apartment – 4 people duplex: like the two-room apartment – 4 people but with two bathrooms onto two levels.
Three-room apartment – 6 people: a living-room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (in certain cases with bunk beds), a bathroom, and a big veranda or terrace.
