• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes electricity, water gas, bed linen and bath towels, tv sat, parking;
  -Final cleaning.The kitchenette and kitchenware is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 30 euro extra charge is applied;
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure;
  -Club card(compulsory from 3 years)(€ 5 per person per day): Swimming pool with sun bed(upon avaibility) and tennis court access, Mini club 3/11 years at scheduled times, animation staff organizes some matches, shuttle bus service to and from “Rena Bianca” beach on scheduled times.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES TO BE PAID AT RESERVATION:
  -Half Board:: 170 euros(except beverage) per person per week with shuttle bus included.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Baby cot: 0/2 years: 40 euros per week;
  -Small pets allowed upon request, except in common areas, € 60 per week for final disinfestation to be paid locally.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  -On request stays lasting less than 7 nights: extra charge 10%.
