Residence Costa Ruja

This Residence, in a panoramic and hilly position, is placed in Costa Smeralda, between Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo. Its enchanting view gives onto Liscia Ruja and Cala di Volpe beaches. The beauty of this stretch of coast is completed by Soffi and Mortorio islets that, with their jagged coastline and rocks, are one of the favourite destinations for divers, bathers and pleasure boaters. The Residence, a modern and impressive complex with 63 apartments inaugurated in 2002, is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and, though it was build according to the modern techniques, it perfectly reproduces the characteristics of the best tradition from Gallura region. Terracotta tiles, granite, juniper and walnut abound making this complex very pleasant and harmonious from an architectural point of view.

Costa Ruja Residence is located in Costa Smeralda, between Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo, about 15km from Olbia's port and airport.

Apartments

The apartments, nearly all with sea view, are divided into two terraced buildings, furnished in the typical Sardinian style and are provided with kitchenette, TV, safe, bathroom with shower and ceiling funs.
Some apartments can accommodate disabled people and Costaruja's management can decide to assign them also to non-disabled people.
