Positive aspects: nice location quite apart and friendly helpful service at reception.

Negative aspects: uncomfortable sleeping sofas in living room.
Website could do with more pictures of accommodation.

Positive aspects: The apartment (2 bedroom-tower apartment) had rooms of good size with sufficient indoor furniture. The surroundings and view from the apartment was excellent (close to the beach and easy access to Porto Cervo etc.)

Negative aspects: No air conditioning in (bed) rooms. No microwave. Not sufficient outdoor furniture (it would be nice to have a separate table with sitting chairs on the terrace). In the large pool area, it would be nice if there is a small bar where you could order simple things as (soft) drinks and pannini etc. It looked as if in the past there was a restaurant or bar?

Positive aspects: The island is beautifull and the area in general is nice.

Negative aspects: The accomadation is not suited for rental. The facilities are poor and there is a very bad smell at the pool area. The service level is low in relation to the cost of the accomodation. The lack of any air condition should be mentioned at the website. Overall ranking of this accomodation is very low. Even a 3 star hotel would be a luxureous experience in comparison to this accomodation.
