The locality, previously called “Battistoni”, spreads along a wide bay of crystal clear waters and fine sand. The complex is in a quiet and panoramic position. It is made up of 2-3 story building that sweep to the sea; the square is at the centre of the structure and it is the meeting and fun point. At night, the whole area is illuminated: shops opened till late at night, disco, small markets where it is possible to find almost everything even the weirdest things and Sardinian crafts.

The Hotel is located at only 100 meters from the wide white sandy beach. The centre of Baia Sardinia is at only 200 mts. The port and airport of Olbia are at approx 35 Km.
