I Fenicotteri Beach Resort

Conceived to offer to their guests the greatest of the comfort, the exclusive I Fenicotteri è Resort, is placed in a unique and privileged position directly to the beach of Cala del Faro bay, which boast a beautiful view onto the sea and is situated not so far away from the town center and from the "Marina of Porto Cervo". The Costa Smeralda's unmistakable style, with his architecture and the really painstaking park of the resort, supplement the values and the comfort of his interiors. It is composed of some really stylish residential units in which are placed the rooms, suites and apartments, directly to the pool or surrounded by wide and beautiful gardens strechting to the sea. Its "Formula-Club" offers services such as animation and Germinal Club for childrens, which can be so involved in many activities, both in the resort and on the private beach point for the guest, offering in these sense a full of amusement and entertainment holiday for families too. Besides it is possible to enjoy of two kinds of offerts more: the "Residence-Formula" in relationship to the apartments and the "Fullboard-Formula" for the Room/Suite of the Hotel. APARTMENTS: Stylish furnished, surrended by wonderful gardens, can be situated on the ground floor (with patio) or on the first floor (with balcony). They are equipped with air condition, TV, telephone and safe, all you need to cook and to clean.
ONE-ROOM APARTMENTS 2 BEDS: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, bad.
TWO ROOMS APARTMENTS 3/4 BEDS: living room with kitchenette and double or single sofa bed, double room, bad.

FREE BOAT: 1 CAR + 2 PASSAGGES + 2 CHILDREN (max 12 years old).
Stays: friday/fridayi. Port charges not included. Contribution of 100 €uro per apartment.

- weekly charges for consumptions: must be paid locally per person per week €40, included: electricity, water, gas, bed linen, fax.
- Final Cleaning: to be paid locally compulsory per apartment: 1 ROOM APT. 50 €, 2 ROOMS APT 60 €
- Deposite safe: compulsory 200 € per apartment
- Bed linen included; locally renting Towels bath € 8 per person per change; Table linen: not included and not furnished
- Cradle: to be rent locally €50 per week, to be book at the reservation
- Beach service: locally100 € per week (1 beach umbrella and 2 deck chairs)
- Pets: admitted only small sizes€ 150 to pay locally per disinfestation.

CLUB CARD

To be paid localy from 09/06 until 15/09, compulsory per person per week € 45, children 3/12 years old € 20, children 0/3 years old excluded).
It includes: all kind of sport activities, entertainment and animation performances above-mentioned.
