Residence I Giardini di Porto Cervo

Surrounded by a beautiful garden, rich in Mediterranean vegetation,  the facility è is built in typical Costa Smeralda style, and it is characterized by a group of low vault buildings. The residence belongs to a nice village where in the main square there are bars, shops and a theatre.

Apartments

The apartments,decorated in typical Sardinian style, are provided with kitchenette with electrical plates, refridgerator, colour TV, telephone and bathroom with bath and hair dryer(patio on the ground floor) or terrace (on the first floor). They are available in the following types:
TWO-ROOM APARTMENTS (2+2 sleeps):double bedroom and living room with sofa bed and pull-out bed.
THREE-ROOM APARTMENTS (4+2 sleeps): double bedroom, bunk bedroom, living room with sofa bed and pull-out bed.

The beach

The beach is between 200 and 800 metres form the apartments. On the beach is possible to rent beach umbrellas, sun beds, rubber boats, pedalos, canoes.

Club Card:

From 28 of May to 23 of September: 35,00 euros per person, per week per adults and 25,00 euros per person per week per children from 4 - to 16 years old. From 27 of May to 17 of June and from 10 of September to 24 of September 20,00 euros per adults and 15,00 euros per children. It includes shows in the theatre, the use of the facilities, beach volley, ping pong, tennis, gymnastic, football, children mini club, from 4 to 12 years old and junior club from 12 to 16 years old.

Compulsory charges:

35,00 euros per person, per week (from 3 years old) from 21 of April 2007 to 16 of June 2007 and from 1 of September to 31 of October 2007 45,00 euros per person, per week ( from 3 years old ) from 30 of June 2007 to 1 of September 2007. It includes charges of water, electric, bed linen, bath towel at the arrival. Bed linen and bath towel change at the beginning of each week is additional.

Final cleaning:

55,00 euros per two-room apartment and 65,00 euros per three-room apartment (kitchenette must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise 30,00 euros will be charged)

Deposite safe:

200,00 euros. It will be given back at the end of the stay.
