Cancellation policy

No penalties from the reservation until 28 days before the date of arrival;
50 % from 27 and 13 days before the date of arrival;
75 % from 12 and 7 days before the date of arrival;
100 % from 6 days before the date of arrival in case of no show;

In case of purchase of a "stay + ferry", "stay + flight" or "stay + rent a car" tourist pakage a minimum penalty of 10% on the total file amount except discounts is considered since booking. The minimum penalty also applies for the partial cancellation of the tourist package.
In case of Sardegne.com rates and special offers, the cancellation policies may vary and then they will be indicated when booking.
When booking a room with a rate indicated as "non-refundable", please note that you cannot make any cancellation.
