• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  - Club card: free of charge for children aged 0 to 5 years. Compulsory from 02/06 to 07/09. It includes: “BEACH SET” (1 beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels per apartment for the whole stay); “WELCOME BREAKFAST” (1 cappuccino and 1 croissant); use of the swimming pool, day use of the tennis court and five-a-side football court (extra charge for night use);
  - Weekly forfait: free of charge for children aged 0 to 2 years. It includes electricity, water, gas, courtesy set;
  - Final cleaning: it does not include the kitchenette, which is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 50,00 euros extra charge is requested;
  - Safe deposit: refundable at departure after a status check of the apartment. In case of early/late check out, the deposit is returned by return mail to the customer address.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  - Bed linen and bath towels: 15,00 euros per person, per change, per week;
  - Daily cleaning: two-room apartment 15,00 euros; three-room apartment 18,00 euros;
  - Baby cot/extra bed: 30,00 euros per week from 12/05 to 14/07 and from 25/08 to 29/09; 50,00 euros per week in the other periods;
  - Pets: 30,00 euros for extra cleaning. Only small pets admitted, apart from the beach and common areas.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  - guests are requested to inform the residence in case of arrivals later than 08:00pm. In case of late arrivals not communicated to the accommodation facility a 50,00 euros extra charge will be requested.
  SERVICES: bar (open from 29/04/2012), equipped swimming pool (open from 02/06/2012 to 08/09), multipurpose tennis court/ five-a side football pitch. In the centre of Palau, 5 km from the facility, clubs, boutiques, mediacal emergency point, pharmacy etc. Car and moped rental. "Isola dei gabbiani" surfers' paradise at 2 km, 10% discount with specialised centre for wind surfing and kite surfing, diving (PADI certificate), snorkeling, rubber dinghies rental, riding stables (from 1,500 to 2,000 mt). Surf garaging possibility.
