The new Palau Green Village residential complex was conceived in accordance with the island's tradition and architecture. All the apartments are built with typical Sardinian stone and placed in well-kept gardens containing the typical plants of Mediterranean scrub and granite rocks of Gallura sculpted by the wind. Small pedestrian paths included in the green connect the apartments to the swimming pool. The beach, only 150 meters away, is surrounded by a thick pine forest, ideal for picnics and long walks and overlooks the beautiful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena.

Location

This residence enjoys a privileged location, only 500m from the centre of Palau and the services it offers, 20 minutes by ferry from La Maddalena islet with its spectacular marine park and 30 minutes by car from the exclusive Costa Smeralda. Olbia's airport and the port of are 40km away.

Apartments

These elegantly furnished apartments can be placed on the ground floor (with equipped patio) or on the first floor (with equipped veranda). They are all equipped with TV and microwave oven, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. Available typologies: One-room apartments 2 beds (living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom. Possibility to add a cot, with extra charge to be paid on the spot); Two-room apartments 2 +2 beds (living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom. Possibility to a cot or a fifth bed, with extra charge to be paid on the spot);

Services&Amenities

Reception and assistance office, solarium, equipped swimming pool, token operated washing machine. In the village one finds all kinds of shops, pubs and services. Possibility to hire cars and scooters. Extra services upon notice at reservation and with extra charge to be paid on the spot: air conditioning, daily cleaning, linen, cot, additional bed and transfer.

All the apartments have an equipped kitchenette.

Remarks

Check-in: from 05:00pm (arrivals after 08:00pm must be communicated) - Check-out before 10:00am. Small pets are allowed (with extra charge to be paid on the spot) except in common areas.
