• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes (entirely due for stays of less than one week) consumptions of electricity, water, supplied TV in flat, bedlinen with weekly change, swimming pool access.
  -Final cleaning. The kitchenette and kitchenware are to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 25 euro extra charge is applied;
  -Club card (compulsory from 03/06 to 09/09): tennis and swimming group lessons, evening entertainment (sometimes with folk groups), games, tournaments, music, the hotel manager also offers to all its guests a welcome cocktail upon their arrival and a bottle of water and local wine in the apartment. Mini Club for children 4/12 years with screenings, equipped play area with slide, swings, etc.
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Bath towels: 7 euros per person per change;
  -Air conditionig: euros 42 per apartment;
  -Parking in basement garage: euros 14 per car;
  -Small pets: euros 49;
  -Extra bed: 10% surcharge;
  -Baby cot: euros 35 (free of charge if brought by the guest - max 1 per apartment)
