The resort is located in a wide area where there are 8 different buildings grouping apartments and hotel rooms, two swimming pools with children area , large green areas. Recently built, the hotel is located in the vicinity of Cala Liberotto, one of the most beautiful places of the Orosei Gulf, in a stretch of coast characterized by the many white sandy coves.

The Residence Formula has 152 apartments, located on the ground floor with private garden or on the first floor with a wide balcony furnished with table and chairs. Parking places with extra charge are available in the basement garage of the residence. All the apartments are made with excellent construction criteria, well furnished and equipped with modern comforts, Tv, telephone, air conditioning (with extra charge to be paid locally), large balcony or patio equipped to eat outdoor or in the garden.
