• COMPULSORY CHARGES TO BE PAID ON SITE:
  - Weekly forfait: water, electricity, bed linen and bath towel weekly change (kitchenlinen not available);
  - Final cleaning: it does not include the kitchenette, which is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 100,00 euros extra charge is requested;
  - Weekly club card: free of charge for children aged 0 to 3 years. Compulsory from 01/06 to 30/09. It includes: beach service, swimming pool and animation. Tennis and five-a-side courts upon payment (apart from the activities organized by the animation staff);
  - Sea view extra charge: in apartments with this characteristic (6,00 euros per person per day).
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES TO BE PAID ON SITE:
  - Air conditioning: 6,00 euros per person per day.
  - Extra bed:
  * 50,00 euros from 02/01 to 11/05 and from 15/09 to 28/12;
  * 60,00 euros from 12/05 to 25/05 and from 08/09 to 14/09;
  * 70,00 euros from 26/05 to 08/06;
  * 80,00 euros from 09/06 to 15/06 and from 25/08 to 07/09;
  * 90,00 euros from 16/06 to 29/06;
  * 105,00 euros from 30/06 to 24/08.
  - Baby cot: free of charge from 02/01 to 08/06 and from 08/09 to 28/12. In the other periods with extra charge like for extra bed.
