Le Residenze di Porto Istana

Porto Istana is a purely tourist place, characterized by some groups of residence, small villas and residential facilities (with individual or terraced units) immersed in the typical local vegetation: the Mediterranean scrub.
Residenze di Porto Istana are right in front of the marine park of Tavolara and Molara islands or in front of the Gulf of Olbia. They are placed in the most important and prestigious residence and facilities of the area and are maximum 2km away from one another. Although they are different from an architectural point of view, they have some common marking characteristics: they are all 50 to 350m from the sea, so the beach can be easily reached on foot from the facilities, that all have an unattended internal car park.
Thanks to the closeness of the main localities of Costa Turchese (Porto San Paolo, San Teodoro) and Costa Smeralda (Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo, Baia Sardinia), the guests can enjoy some intense and dynamic holidays also relaxing in contact with the nature.

One-room apartment – 2 people: a living-room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, patio or balcony equipped with garden furniture. A 3rd bed can be added.
Two-room apartment – 3-4 people: a living-room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a small individual balcony or a big shared one. A 5th and 6th bed can be added.
Three-room apartment – 5-6 people: a living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed (or two chair-beds), a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds or bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, patio or balcony equipped for 4 people. A 7th bed can be added.

All the apartments have a kitchenette equipped.
