• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes water, gas, electricity, garbage, sat TV,
  parking place, swimming pool with jacuzzi and solarium;
  -Final cleaning: Kitchenette and kitchenware must be left clean and tidy,
  otherwise € 30 will be deducted from the deposit.
  -Deposit: to be paid upon arrival refundable at the end of stay if no damage or
  missing. In case of late departures during office closing hours, The deposit will be returned by postal order or bank wire transfer the departing day.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -air conditioning: 35 € per week.
  -Bed linen: 15 € per person;
  -Bath towels 8 € per set per person;
  -Extra bed/s: 5th and 6th € 20 per day during all the periods, when available.
  -Baby cot: € 5 per day to be paid locally minimum 7 days, free of charge if
  brought by the guests;
  -Private garden: € 20 per day during all the periods, upon request when available;
  -Small pets allowed upon request(only in the apartment standard), except in common areas, € 60 per week for final disinfestation to be paid locally.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  -Kitchen linen unavailable;
  -On request late arrivals: after 11p.m with extra charge 30 euros per apartment
