White Sand Residence

White Sand Residence is a few minutes by car from the airport and port of Olbia, not far from the most famous resorts of north-eastern Sardinia, in the fascinating setting of the marine park of Tavolara and Molara islands and only 350m from Porto Istana, a beach with very fine and white sand. This residence is the ideal place both for those who want to spend some completely relaxing holidays and those who love to visit wonderful places or experience some amusing nights in the most exclusive nightclubs on the coast. Immersed in the green and quiet Mediterranean scrub and surrounded by a 2,000m2 wide private park, it welcomes its guests with the fragrances and colours of its garden. Four imposing and impressive palm-trees characterise the residence, offering their fresh shade to newcomers. Completely renovated in 2006/2007 with respect for the surrounding environment, this residence is composed of 20 apartments, the furnishings of which are valuable and in the typical Sardinian style but also very practical. They are wide and elegant and celebrate the pleasure of the holidays by empathising the charm of this island. All apartments are very wide and an additional bed can be added both in the bedroom and in the living-room. Some apartments also have a small private garden. Foodstuffs shops, restaurants and pizzeria's are found in Murta Maria (about 2km away).

Two-roomed apartments with a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living-room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, electronic safe, microwaves oven. It is possible to add a 5th and 6th bed.
