The residence is set in Monti, small center of Gallura, in the heart of an area rich of oaks and vineyards. This town is 300 mts. o.s.l. and is known in Sardinia for its wine: Vermentino di Gallura.

Location

The accommodation structure is at approx 25 km from Olbia and 22 from the airport (Olbia-Costa Smeralda). The famous white sand beaches are at only 20 minutes by car.

Apartments

The structure has 22 Apartments. New, furnished in a simple and functional way located on the ground floor.
Studio Typology A:(2/3 people) Kitchnette, a bed and a sofa bed and bathroom.
Two-room apartment - typology B:(3/4 people) living room with kitchnette and sofa bed, room with two beds or double bed, bathroom.
Two-room apartment - typology “C” (3/4 people) living room with kitchnette and sofa bed, twin bedroom, bathroom and air conditioning.

All the apartments have tv color, telephone and heating. Only some apartments have air conditioning.

The structure has parking, bar, breakfast room, reading room, meeting room, wide internal garden, 2 tennis/soccer fields, 3 bowls fields. The structure offers as well the hotel bases.

The apartments have an equipped kitchette.
