The Residence Lu Nibareddu is placed on a hill, in the locality of Montepetrosu facing the islands of Tavolara and Molara at only 100/1500 metres from the sea.

Location

The residence is situated in Porto Taverna, at few minutes from the exclusive Costa Smeralda and Olbia, in the North Oriental coast of Sardinia at only 18 km from Olbia and at 7 km from San Teodoro. The port of Golfo Aranci is at 35 km, the airport of Alghero at 150 km and the port of Porto Torres 140 km.

Bedrooms

The Residence Lu Nibareddu has 100 room-apartments with all kind of comfort from 100 to 1500 metres from the sea. The apartments are located on the ground floor and joined to the beach by a private road and a transfer service. They are divided into:
Studio 2 beds: a double room, kitchenette, bathroom.
Studio 3/4 beds: a double room + bunk bed, kitchenette, bathroom.
Two room 4+2 beds: a double room, lounge with two beds, kitchenette, bathroom.
Three room 4+2 beds: two double rooms, lounge with two beds, kitchenette, bathroom.
Villa 4+2 beds: two double rooms, lounge with two beds, kitchenette, two bathrooms.
The standard apartments are decorated in a simple way while the superior are more detailed as regards the furniture (typical Sardinian style) and have a privileged position. They are all on the first floor with a wide terrace and have an additional charge of 30% to be paid upon arrival. Both tupes of apartments, standard or superior, are spread along the park. The apartments at only 50 metres from the sea and those in a panoramic position have an additional charge of 15% to be paid upon arrival.

Amenities

Reception, swimming pool, 5-a-side football field and tennis (both to be paid locally) and amphitheatre. Transfer service to the beach.

Restaurant

Restaurant/pizzeria located on a hill and offers delicious local and national dishes. There is also a bar-mini restaurant by the sea for lunch or a snack.

Check in from 17.00 to 23.00 (arrivals outside these hour have an additional charge) – check out before 10.00 h. Pets: small pets are allowed with additional charge.
