Lu Nibareddu Residence is placed on a hill, in the locality of Montepetrosu, and gives onto the beach of Porto Taverna, in front of Tavolara and Molara islands. It extends from the beach (which is 10 to 1500m away) over a low hill characterized by junipers and flowers.

Location

This residence is located in Porto Taverna, a few minutes from Olbia and the exclusive Costa Smeralda, on the north-western coast of Sardinia. It is 35km from the port of Golfo Aranci, 150km from the airport of Alghero; 140m from Porto Torres. Leaving from Olbia, take the coastal state road n. 125 towards Nuoro. Once you arrive to Monte Petrosu (about 18km from Olbia), turn left and follow the road markings to “Residence Hotel Lu Nibareddu”.

Apartments

Lu Nibareddu Residence has 100 room-apartments equipped with all the comforts. Standard apartments are all placed on the ground floor, in a hilly area; they are connected to the beach by a private path and a shuttle service. The following typologies are available: with or without sea view, all with veranda or balcony:
One-room apartments 2 beds: a double bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom.
One-room apartments 3/4 beds: a double bedroom + twin beds or bunk bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom.
Two-room apartments 2+2 beds: a double bedroom, a living-room with two beds, a kitchenette, a bathroom.
Three-room apartments 4+2 beds: two double bedrooms, a living room with two beds, a kitchenette, a bathroom.
Small house 4+2 beds: two double bedrooms, a living room with two beds, a kitchenette, two bathrooms.
Apartments can be: standard, with sea view/sea side and in front of the sea.

Services&Amenities

Reception, swimming pool (from June to September), 5-a-side football and tennis fields (both to be paid on the spot and open from June to September), shuttle service to the beach from June to September, deckchairs and beach umbrella hire.

Restaurant

The Restaurant/pizzeria, open from May to September, is located on the hill and offers delicious local and national dishes. There is also a bar-mini restaurant by the sea for lunch or snacks.

Check-in: from 05:00pm to 10:00pm (extra charge for arrivals outside the fixed hours) – Check-out: before 10:00am. Small pets admitted with extra charge.
