Borgo Residence

This recently built residence is in the typical Sardinian style and is composed of low buildings with stone, granite and wrought iron facings, flowering gardens, arches, pedestrian paths and a swimming pool (only for guests of VIP apartments). Porto San Paolo is a well-known touristic town with shops, restaurants and several other services.

Location

This complex is located in Porto San Paolo, right in front of Tavolara Island, a well-known naturalistic park. It is about 12km and 15km from Olbia's airport and port, respectively. It can be easily reached covering the national road SS 195.

Apartments

The apartments are spacious, comfortably furnished and all have washing machine, TV, equipped veranda (if on the first floor) or equipped patio (if on the ground floor). The guests of VIP apartments can use the swimming pool (equipped with sunshade parasols and deckchairs).

Services&Amenities

Reception, restaurant, bar, supermarket, unattended car park (1 car per apartment), transfer. The Comfort Card includes: a bottle of water; “Il benessere a kasa” - “Comfort at home” (a set including: shampoo, bath foam, body cream, slippers, bar of soap, toilet paper); “Set mare” - “Sea set” (2 beach towels and a small rucksack as a free gift for the whole stay); “Sweet Sardinia” (a packet of typical Sardinian sweets); “Set biancheria” - “Linen set” (a tablecloth with napkins, dishcloths, bath mat for the whole stay); “Riassetto appartamento” - “Cleaning of the apartment” (once for the whole stay).

Eating&Cooking

These apartments have an equipped kitchenette.

Remarks

Beginning of the stay: Saturday 05:00pm – End of the stay: Saturday 10:00am. Arrivals later than 08:00pm must be communicated. Pets admitted (except in common areas) with an extra charge.
