Il Borgo Residence

This recently built residence is in the typical Sardinian style and is composed of low buildings with stones, granite and wrought iron facings, flower gardens, arches and pedestrian paths linking the apartments and the swimming pool (exclusive for guests of VIP apartments). The residence is in Porto San Paolo, a well-known touristic town with shops,bars, restaurants and several other services. The sandy beach is 400 to 800 metres. Some of the most beautiful beaches of the island are in the vicinity (some of them are equipped)

Location

The complex is in Porto San Paolo, right in front of Tavolara Island, a well-known naturalistic park. Olbia airport is approx. 12 km, the maritime port is approx. 15 km. It can be easily reached driving along the "S.S. 195" state highway.

Apartments

The apartments are comfortably furnished and all have washing machine, iron (upon request and subject to availability), TV with decoder, equipped veranda (if on the first floor) or equipped patio (if on the ground floor). The guests of VIP apartments can use the swimming pool (equipped with sunshade parasols and deckchairs), open from June 4 to September 24 (sunbeds and sun umbrellas subject to availability).

4 beds, kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed (or 2 sofa beds), one double bedroom, bathroom.

Three-roomed apartments 5 (52 sqm)
5 beds, kitchenette, living room with single sofa bed, double bedroom, bunk bed bedroom, bathroom.

Three-roomed apartments 6 (56 sqm)
6 beds, kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed (or 2 sofa beds), double bedroom, twin bedroom (not joinable), bathroom (in some apartments 2 bathrooms).
