• TARIFFS INCLUDE: welcome bath set, water, gas and electricity consumption, house cleaning and weekly change of bed and bath linen.
  
  COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -Final cleaning. N.B. kitchenware, fridge and kitchenette must be left perfectly clean on departure, otherwise €50.00 will be charged in addition to the price of the stay;
  -Safe deposit: refundable at departure after a status check of the apartment.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Additional house cleaning: € 50.00 for single-room apartments, € 40.00 for two-room apartments;
  -Additional bath linen set: € 10.00 per person;
  -Additional bed linen set at € 10.00 per person;
  -Baby cot or small bed on request (when booking) at € 50.00 per week or € 15.00 per single day. No extra charge if brought by the guest, but in this case bed linen will not be provided.
  -Breakfast service: € 8.00 per person if ordered on a daily basis, € 5.00 per person if ordered for the entire stay;
  -Pets: 30 euros per week.
  
  REMARKS:
  Check-in: apartments available from 15:00. Check-out by 10:00 on day of departure. Please notify the booking office if you expect to arrive later than 20:00.
