• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  - Weekly forfait: free of charge for children aged 0 to 2 years. It includes electricity, water, gas;
  - Final cleaning: it does not include the kitchenette, which is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 50,00 euros extra charge is requested;
  - Safe deposit: refundable at departure after a status check of the apartment. In case of early/late check out, the deposit is returned by return mail to the customer address.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  - Swimming-pool card: 25,00 euros per person per week. It includes deckchair and beach towel;
  - Daily cleaning (apart from the kitchenette): 10,00 euros for one-room apartments; 15,00 euros for two-room apartments; 20,00 euros for three-room apartments;
  - Bed linen and bath towels: 15,00 euros per person, per week.
  - Baby cot/extra bed: 30,00 euros per week until 06/07 and from 08/09; 50,00 euros per week in the other periods.
  - Pets: 30,00 euros for extra cleaning. Only small pets admitted, apart from the beach and common areas.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  - guests are requested to inform the residence in case of arrivals later than 08:00pm. In case of late arrivals not communicated to the accommodation facility a 50,00 euros extra charge will be requested.
