Marineledda Resort Residence

The complex is composed of several two story buildings facing the sea, surrounded by lawn gardens around a small square, the main meeting place of the structure. It is located in Marinella' gulf 15 minutes from the port and airport of Olbia and 5 minutes from the port of Golfo Aranci.

Location

The resort if located in Marinella' gulf 15 minutes from the port and airport of Olbia and 5 minutes from the port of Golfo Aranci. The gulf of Marinella is a beautiful and quiet bay at only 2 km from Porto Rotondo.

Apartments

They are approx. 150 mts from the sea. They surround the pool and the square where the restaurant is located. The apartments are functional and have parking space. Only the two and the three room apartment have a balcony.
Studio: kitchenette, lounge with double sofa bed, bathroom.
Two room apartment 2+2: kitchenette, lounge with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.
Three room apartment 4+2: kitchenette, lounge with double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom (individual beds or bunk beds), bathroom.

Amenities

Unguarded external parking just outside form the residence. Swimming pool, restaurant and pizzeria, bar, market, newspaper, tobacco. Upon payment and in the area: docking, tennis. Upon payment at the beach: jet ski rental, windsurf, beach volley, sun umbrellas and sun bed rental. Night activities.

Cooking&Eating

The apartments have an equipped kitchenette. Possibility of Half board basis includes: daily apartment cleaning excluding kitchenette, weekly bed linen and bath linen change, breakfast, lunch or dinner at the restaurant by the square.

Check in from 17.00 h. – Check out before 10.00 h. Small pets are allowed upon request with an extra charge for final cleaning.
