• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes (entirely due for stay less than a week)beach service in both private concessions (1 beach umbrella + 2 sun beds or chairs for each apartment), consumptions of electricity, water, and gas bed linen and towels with weekly home change, Tv, dishwasher and washing machine, final cleaning, 15% discount on tennis courts and football pitch rates. The kitchenette and kitchenware are to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 25 euro extra charge is applied;
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Midweel change bed linen and bath towels: 10 euros per person per change;
  -Additional bed(except one room apartment): 10% extra charge;
  -Baby cot: 35 euros free of charge if brought by the customer - max 1 per apartment)
