Il Borgo di Punta Marana

The Borgo di Punta Marana is made of particularly taken care of constructions joined among them by porches, in stone or wood, and facing a lovely small central square where there is a small church and some commercial activities; at approx 250 mt from the residence, by the sports area, a small construction with 5 apartments with the same characteristics. Also, two new lines have been created. These are exclusive and prestigious constructions located by a side of the main building, near the tourist harbour, and the second one near the biggest private beach. The area is characterized by an endless amount of white sand and rocky inlets, joined among them by paths among Mediterranean vegetation, perfumes and colours: in front of the Golf of Marinella and its famous white sandy beach.

The Residence is located in the area of Punta Marana, at only 5 Km from the centre of Porto Rotondo. The port and airport of Olbia are at 15Km.

They are located on the ground floor with patio or first or second floor with veranda or terrace and some of them with sea view to the Gulf of Marinella. They are lovely decorated with TV, washing machine, dishwasher, always with individual beds (no bunk beds), table and chair outdoor.

Apartments VIP: Located in the new and prestigious buildings located one on the side of the main building near the tourist harbour and the other near the biggest private beach. The apartments have been built with high quality material. They are located on the ground floor with patio and garden or on the first floor with veranda and sea view to the Golf of Marinella. Two room 4 DS:: lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, sofa bed, two bathrooms.
Three room 6: wide lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed or two sofa beds, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom.
Three room 6 DS / Three room 6 DS VIP:: wide lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed or two sofa beds, double bedroom, twin bedroom, two bathrooms.
