Il Borgo di Punta Marana

Il Borgo di Punta Marana is a newly built residence, located a short distance from the sea and the marina. The complex consists of terracotta, granite and wood buildings linked by arcades and grouped around the piazzetta, where there is a small beautiful church and some shops. Three new exclusive and prestigious ranks of apartments, located behind the main building, have been recently built.

Location

Punta Marana is 5 Km from Porto Rotondo centre and 15 Km from Olbia port and airport. The area is characterised by the many beautiful white sandy coves and rocks, linked by pedestrian walkways running in the typical mediterranean vegetation among unique smells and colors. The enchanting Marinella Gulf - with its famous fine white sandy beach - is right in front of the residence. The new private beach area with beach umbrellas and sun beds available to guests is in the closest part to the sea. A short and pleasant walk through pedestrianised paths, leads to another sandy cove reserved to the hotel guests with beach umbrellas and deck chairs (bathing services are open from 05/06 to 18/09). ”Hollywood Beach” is 150 metres from the hotel (with admission fee): restaurant/pizzeria, music bar, seawater swimming pool for adults and children with beach umbrellas and sunbeds. The management of the ”Hollywood Beach” is external and independent from the hotel (dates and opening hours are therefore not guaranteed).

Apartments

The residence has 124 apartments divided in Standard and Vip types.
STANDARD Apartments are on the ground floor with patio, first or second floor with veranda or sometimes covered terrace with sea view on the charming Marinella Gulf. Furnished with care, all the apartments have TV, washing machine, dishwasher, bedrooms with low beds (not bunk beds), outdoor table and chairs

TWO-ROOMED APARTMENT A4: slightly smaller than the other apartments have a living room with kitchenette, two chair beds, double bedroom, bathroom; also have smaller outer space;

TWO-ROOMED APARTMENT - sleeps 4: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed or 2 chair beds, double bedroom, bathroom;

TWO-ROOMED APARTMENT - sleeps 4 - 2 bathrooms: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed or 2 chair beds, double bedroom, 2 bathrooms;

THREE-ROOMED APARTMENT - sleeps 6: large living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed or 2 chair beds, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathrooms;

THREE-ROOMED APARTMENT - sleeps 6, 2 bathrooms: large living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed or 2 chair beds, double bedroom, twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms

VIP APPARTAMENTI : the apartments are built with great value characteristics and excellent finishing. Situated in the three new exclusive and prestigious ranks of apartments, are located on the ground floor (with patio and garden) or on the first floor (with veranda and view on the enchanting Marinella Gulf).
