• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes water, gas and electricity consumptions; bedlinen/towels weekly change; Weekly cleaning, except kitchenette;
  Swimming pool access (equipped, with umbrellas and deckchairs, subject to availability); Final cleaning, except kitchenette (€ 150,00 will be charged if the kitchenette is not left clean); 24h reception.
  -Safe deposit: to be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Extra bed(extra charge per week): € 75,00 from 26/05 to 01/06 and from 08/09 to 01/10; € 85,00 from 02/06 to 29/06 and from 25/08 to 07/09; € 100,00 from 30/06 to 03/08 and from 18/08 to 24/08; € 110,00 from 04/08 to 17/08.
  -Baby cot: € 40,00 per week;
  -Housekeeper service: € 15,00 per hour;
  -Beach service (beach umbrellas and deckchairs)
  
  REMARKS:
  Apartments will be usually available after 5 pm of the arrival day;
  apartments must be left no later than 10 am of the departing day.
