The Colonna Beach Residence comprises the two central blocks of the "Eucaliptus" village with which shares a beautiful swimming pool, right in front of the "Piazzetta Colonna" from which a pedestrian path reaches the beach, about 200 m from the hotel. Beautifully placed in a park full of plants, flowers and an English lawn, all the rooms have exclusive gardens, with footpaths and wood, granite stones, arches and beams characterising the whole place.

The residence is in the Marinella Gulf, approx. 10 Km. from Olbia, 7 km from Golfo Aranci, 5 km from Porto Rotondo and 15 km from the milestone marking the beginning of the Costa Smeralda.
