Residence Girasole

The residence is made up of groups of houses of one or two storeys, harmoniously surrounded by lawns and gardens. The Residence Girasole is located in Baia Caddinas, 15 minutes from the port and airport of Olbia and 5 minutes from the port of Golfo Aranci.

Location

The Residence is located in Baia Caddinas at about 18 km from the port and airport of Olbia and about 300 metres from the centre of Golfo Aranci.

Apartments

The apartments, with veranda, are from 70 to 80 metres from the sea. They are available with the following characteristics:
Studio for 2 people: composed of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom.
Two rooms 2 + 2 beds: Composed of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.
Three rooms 4 + 2 beds: composed of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.

Amenities

A few meters from the residence there is a restaurant, pizzeria, bar, market. Upon payment in the area: mooring of small boats. Upon payment at the beach: rent pedal and waterski, windsurfing, umbrellas and sun beds rental. Nightclubs for an intense nightlife.

Cooking&Eating

The apartments have fully equipped kitchenette. Possibility of a half-board bases in the nearby village Marineledda located at 10 minutes by car (lunch or dinner at the restaurant in square).
