Rey Beach Residence Club

The Rey Beach Residence Club is located in Costa Rei, famous for it's picturesque beaches and coves along the sandy stretches. Recently built, the complex comprises a main building with reception, restaurant, bar and low buildings (one or two floors) where there are apartments, and an area in front of the beach where there is the sports area, swimming pools, the entertainment area and the children area. The apartments are between 300 and 500 meters from the beach.

The apartments are located in Costa Rei. The port and airport of Cagliari is about 70 Km. The port and airport of Olbia is about 260 Km

Apartments

All apartments, built with insulating and sound insulating materials, have independent entrance, equipped patio, tv. Some apartments have air conditioning on request. There are apartments with sea view. There are different types:

Studio 4 sleeps
About 20 m2, located on the ground floor, consist of a kitchenette, a double bed, sofa bed for two and bathroom.

Two rooms 3 sleeps
About 27 m2 located on the first floor consist of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.

Two rooms 4 sleeps
Between 27 and 35 m2, located on the ground floor, consist of living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.

Three 6 sleeps
About 45 m2 located on the ground floor, consist of living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom.

Cooking&Eating

The apartments have fully equipped kitchenette.
