• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -Consumptions: water, gas and electricity;
  -The Services Package: tv, direct dial telephone, bedlinen and towels with weekly change;
  -Final cleaning except kitchenette that must be left clean by guests, otherwise € 20 surcharge will be applied;
  -Deposit: refundable at departure after a status check of the
  apartment. In case of late check out(before 08 a.p.), the deposit can be returned by return mail to the customer's address.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Possibility of daily cleaning : 20 euros except kitchenette;
  -air conditioning: 6 euros per day;
  -complimentary parking place subject to availability
