Residence Rosa dei Venti

The Residence Hotel "Rosa dei Venti" is a new residential complex at 3 Km from Castelsardo, an evocative medieval town which can offer interesting views and paths from the landscape and environment point of view, as well as archaelogical, storica and cultural areas. During the least 10 years Castelsardo has developed as an important town thanks to its new tourist harbour which can host up to 650 boats and it among the better equipped and most imporant of the north or Sardinia. The complex at only 150 m from the sea, has a wide common area, Sat TV room, bar, lift, outside veranda and garage.

Location

The Hotel Residence Rosa dei Venti is located in the locality “Lu Bagnu”, 3 Km far from Castelsardo, an evocative medieval village in the centre of the "Asinara" gulf.

Apartments

The apartments are lovely studios which can host from 2 to 4 people, with air conditoning, telephone and TV. They have a lounge, kitchenette, bathroom. Most of them have a terrace with sea view. They are divided into:
Studio 2 beds: lounge, kitchenette, double bed, bathroom.
Studio 3 beds: lounge, kitchenette, double bed + single sofa bed, bathroom.
Studio 4 beds: lounge, kitchenette, double bed + 2 single beds, bathroom.

Amenities

Parking, baby sitter upon request. In the area: postal service, markets, shops and restaurants (associated), disco, bank, medical service, pharmacy, tourist harbour, horse riding and water sport in the swimming pool, excursions.

Restaurant

The complex does not have a restaurant. There is an associated restaurant at 150 mt.

Remarks

Stays go from Saturday to Saturday in the months of July and August and free the rest of the year. The keys are delivered from 17.00 to 20.00 hs. Arrivals after the hour 20.00 should be informed beforehand. The apartment must be left before 10.00 the departure date. Pets are not allowed.
