Residence Tanca de su Scusorgiu

Recently built and immersed in greenery, the residence is located on a hill top. The structure consists of 4 building blocks in mediterranean style, surrounded by large gardens.

Location

The residence is approx. 4 km from Cardedu; approx. 12 km from Tortolì airport and Arbatax port; 180 km from Olbia airport/port; approx. 135 km from Cagliari airport/port.

Apartments

Large and comfortable, the apartments are located both on the ground and the first floor. All the apartments have bathroom with shower, frdge/freezer tv/sat, air conditioning, furnished garden or veranda for outdoor eating. Apartment types:

ONE-ROOMED APARTMENTS 26/30 m2: with one large double bedroom and a small living area; in some cases it is possible to add a third extra bed.

TWO-ROOMED APARTMENTS 50m2 sleeps 3/4: all located on the ground floor with double bedroom and sofa bed in the living area with kitchenette.
