Sa Raiga Residence

The Residence is a new residential complex composed of semi-detached villas on one floor scattered around an area with Mediterranean vegetation. It is located by a hill very near the sea at only 5.5 km from the well known tourist centre of Budoni, and it is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday very near the wonderful beaches of East Sardinia. The closest beach is at 500 metres and it is named Marina Seada di Budoni.

The residence is located at 5 km from Budoni, province of Olbia Tempio, and at approx 35km from the port and airport of Olbia

Apartments

All of them with independent entrance, veranda, garden and sea view. They are decorated with good taste and have air conditioning, washing machine, TV colour, veranda with table and chairs and small garden.
Two room 2 beds: lounge with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom.
Two room 3 beds: lounge with kitchenette and single sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom.
Two room 4 beds: lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom.

Amenities

Parking, equipped swimming pool with sun umbrellas and deck chairs (to the moment of exhaustion) opened from 02/06 to 15/09, small game park with slides and seesaw, linen change upon payment.

Cooking&Eating

All of the apartments have an equipped kitchenette with pots and pans.
