• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes: electricity, water, gas, bed linen supply and air conditionning;
  -Cleaning on departure doesn't include the kitchenette and cutlery which must be cleaned by the customer otherwise 26 euro will be charged;
  -Safe Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Bath towel: 8 euro per person per week;
  -Beach service: 1 sun umbrella + 2 sun beds in the beach by the residence, 90 euro per week;
  -Baby cot: upon request, 25 euro per week. Complimentary if customers bring their own.
  
  REMARKS:
  --On request Arrivals/Departures on a different day other than saturdays available.
