Sciabecco Beach Club Resort

In one of the most enchanting areas in North-Eastern Sardinia, Porto Ottiolu, a large residential complex next to 2 sandy beaches about 30 Km south of Olbia and about 4 Km from San Teodoro, 50 metres far from the sea. This area is famous for its sandy beaches easily reachable by car. The complex is surrounded by gardens and trees and parks. The apartments have gallurese-style fourniture. The complex benefits from many sport equipments and from animation's performances .

Apartments

Apartments: all of them are located in typical local two levels units, inside the resort. All of them have colour tv and air conditioning. The apartments are composed as follows:

2 roomed apartment with 2/3 beds

living room with kitchenette and single sofa-bed, double bedroom, bathroom.

2 roomed apartment with 4 beds

living room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, double bedroom, bathroom.

To be paid locally:

 

Arrival: on Sundays after 5 p. m.; Departures: on Sundays before 10 a. m.
- Weekly charges: to be paid locally, per person 30 €, including electric, water, gas, bed linen, maintenance.
-Final cleaning: to be paid locally, compulsory, per apartment 46 €, except kitchenette and cutlery which are responsibility of the customer
- Safe deposit: 100 € par apartment.
- Bed Linen: included in weekly charge, bath towels 7 € per person per change, to be requested on booking.
- Pets: not allowed
- Equipment for the beach: to be requested locally.
- Baby cot: if needed it is to be requested at the time of booking, it costs 18 € per week
- Air conditioning: 50 euros per week to be paid locally
- Reductions: Deep sea fishing courses, diving, PADI patent, guided diving with dinghy, sailing boats for rent
- Paying: evening tennis and football.
Club Club: To be paid locally from10/06 to 16/09 compulsory, per person, per week 35 € children 3/12 y. o. 20 €, (except children 0/3 y. o.), includes: all sports activities and animation performances above-mentioned
