Between San Teodoro e Budoni, along a strikingly beautiful stretch of coast, behind the mountain gently sloping towards the sea, opens the pretty Ottiolu Tourist Marina. Its central location compared to the most popular destinations in Sardinia (San Teodoro is just 4 km and the Costa Smeralda is 30 minutes by car), the presence of numerous sports facilities and the Club Formula option make Porto Ottiolu one of the most wanted tourist destinations of the island. The various apartments are inserted inside the Porto Ottiolu resort: an almost 50 acres area inside of which you can find sports facilities and various activities, more than 445 moorings for boats from 6 to 22 metres. The pretty Piazzetta in the maritime port represents an elegant meeting point both for night life and shopping. The main beach - located south of the maritime port - is of fine white sand, while the reef on the north-east draws hidden coves with crystal clear waters that can be reached through a small path in the Mediterranean maquis leading to Punta li Turchi, ancient landing place during the Barbaresque raids in the Middle Ages.

This complex is about 25km to the south of Olbia and about 4km from San Teodoro and Budoni.

Apartments

Located closed to the sea or the marina, are part of buildings with one or two floors. Furnished in a nice and functional way, have equipped veranda or garden (and some of them also sea view).

Two-roomed apartment - sleeps 4: living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.

Three-roomed apartment - sleeps 6: living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds (or bunk beds), bathroom.

Four-roomed apartment- sleeps 8 : living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, two bedrooms with two single beds (or bunk beds), bathroom.

Services and Amenities

In the locality: sports centre with five-a-side football pitch with synthetic grass and lighting, three tennis courts, beach volley, PADI diving centre, possibility to moor and hire boats such as rubber dinghies, sail and motor boats. The club card ( which is optional and available with extra charge) includes: group sporting courses, day and night entertainment with games, tournaments, shows and cabarets, Germinal Club 3/10 years, Germinal Beach, Germinal Teens 10/13 years, windsurfing, pitch and putt, salsa and merengue courses.
