The pretty Marina of Ottiolu is located between San Teodoro and Budoni, on a particularly charming stretch of coast and behind a mountain that slopes gently down to the sea. This Marina is one of the most appreciated touristic destinations in the island both because of its central position as to the most famous localities of Sardinia (San Teodoro is only 4km away and Costa Smeralda is only 30minutes away by car) and because of the presence of several sporting equipments and the possibility to enjoy the Club formula. The different residences are part of the famous Porto Ottiolu Resort, an area 20 hectares wide where one can find sporting equipments, any kind of activities and 445 berths for 6 to 22m long boats. The pretty small square of the Marina is the elegant shopping and nightlife meeting point. To the south of the Marina, a very white and fine sand beach is found, while to the north-east the cliff creates some small hidden creeks with crystalline-clear waters that can be reached through a small path immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and finally taking to Punta li Turchi, an old landingplace during the Barbaresque raids in the Middle Ages.

This complex is about 25km to the south of Olbia and about 4km from San Teodoro and Budoni.

Apartments

Located closed to the sea or to the marina, they are part of buildings with one or two floors. They are furnished in a nice and functional way and have equipped veranda or garden (and some of them also sea view).
Two-roomed apartment, 4 places: a living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom.
Three-roomed apartment, 6 places: a living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds (or bunk beds), a bathroom.
Four-roomed apartment, 8 places: aliving-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, two bedrooms with two single beds (or bunk beds), a bathroom.

Services and Amenities

In the locality: sporting centre with five-a-side footbal court with synthetic grass and lighting, three tennis courts, beach volley, PADI diving centre, possibility to moor and hire boats such as rubber dinghies, sail and motor boats. The club card ( which is optional and available upon payment) includes: group sporting courses, day and night animation with games, tournaments, shows and cabarets, Germinal Club 3/10 years, Germinal Beach, Germinal Teens 10/13 years, windsurfing, pitch and putt, salsa and merengue courses.

Cooking&Eating

All apartments have an equipped kitchenette with pots and pans and table linen.
