Bouganvillage Residence

The Bouganvillage Residence stands in the residential hamlet of Tanaunella, 2km from the well-known center of Budoni. Consists of 35 apartments immersed in beautiful gardens characterized by the plants of bougainvillea, which gives the complex its name. Thanks to its excellent location, from this residence guests can reach some of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia in a few minutes: Porto Ainu, the coastline of Posada with its spectacular pine-hood , the oasis of Bidderosa. Location

the residence is 40 km from Olbia maritime port and airport; distance from the sea: 1.5 km from Sant’Anna bay, 2 km from Punta Sant’ Anna beach.

Apartments

The apartments are located in the central building (swimming pool area) and in some outbuildings on the outside of the site structure. They can be placed on the ground floor (with an equipped patio) or on the first floor (with an equipped veranda). Elegantly furnished and equipped with oven, satellite TV and air conditioning (or conditioner). All the villas have fully equipped kitchenette. Types available:

ONE-ROOM APARTMENT - SLEEPS 2 (23 M2): living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette and bathroom. A baby cot can be added.

TWO-ROOM APARTMENT - SLEEPS 4 (37 M2): living room with double sofa bed, and kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom. A baby cot can be added.

THREE-ROOM APARTMENT - SLEEPs 6 (47 M2): living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, and bathroom. A baby cot can be added.

The apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette.
