• Beginning of stay : any day of the week, check-in from 4 pm to 9 pm; late arrivals must be reported when booking.
  
  Flat rate: (to be paid locally) required fron 2 y.o.: € 30 pp p/w. Includes water, gas electricity, bedlinen and towels with weekly change and apartment cleaning except kitchenette.
  Final cleaning: (to be paid locally) required. Studio € 25; two-roomed apartment € 45; € 50 three-roomed apartment.
  € 50 surcharge will be applied if the kitchenette is left unclean at the end of stay.
  Air conditioned (to be paid locally): € 6 per day per apartment, to be required when booking.
• The rate of the one room apartment without kitchenette includes breakfast.
• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  - Consumptions: compulsory from the age of 2. They include electricity, water, gas, bed linen and bath towels with weekly change, apartment cleaning (apart from the kitchenette);
  - Final cleaning: it does not include the kitchenette, which is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 50,00 euros extra charge is requested.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be requested when booking and paid on site)
  - Air conditioning: 6,00 euros per day;
  - Baby cot: 30,00 euros per week;
  - Pets: only small-middle size dogs admitted (no cats) with a 70,00 euros extra charge for the whole stay.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  - Stay: arrivals any day of the week, 7-night minimum. Arrivals between 04pm and 09pm. The guests have to inform the management of the residence for arrivals later than 09pm;
  - Upon request and according to availability: 5-night stay, consumptions to be paid per day, final cleaning to be paid entirely. Please request an estimate to the booking centre.
