• TARIFFS INCLUDE: Electricity, gas and water consumptions, bed linen, (kitchen linen unavailable), club card(from 09/06 to 08/09)
  
  COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  - Final cleaning: it does not include the kitchenette, which is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 50,00 euros extra charge is requested;
  - Safe deposit: refundable at departure after a status check of the apartment. In case of early/late check out, the deposit is returned by return mail to the customer address.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested when booking)
  - Bath towels: 7,00 per person per change;
  -Beach Towel: 7 euros per person per change;
  - Baby cot: 0-1 year upon request, 30,00 euros per week, free of charge if brought by the guests;
  - Extra bed: 50,00 euros;
  - Coin operated washing machine: 7,00 euros per coin;
  - Notebook hire: 5,00 euros per half day, 10,00 euros per day, 50,00 euros per week.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  - Guests are requested to inform the residence in case of arrivals later than 08:00pm, otherwise the accommodation facility cannot guarantee to be able to welcome them. For late arrivals not communicated a 50,00 euros extra charge is requested;
  - Pets not admitted;
  - Acceopted credit card: Visa, Mastercard.
  
  - Club card (Comfort Card)included in all periods and includes: wi fi area, "BEACH SET" (1 beach umbrella); "WELCOME BREAKFAST" (jams, Nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, toasted bread, biscuits); "SPORTS" (use of the swimming pool); "CHILDREN AREA" (game room with play station, playground area); "COURTESY SET" (toiletries); "INTERNET CONNECTION"; (upon payment) excursions reservation, car and motorbike hire;
• Services: reception from 09.00/13.00 and 17.00/20.00, outdoor unattended parking. Small children's playground, bowling green, shared barbecue + picnic area, satellite TV, laundry, internet connection with wireless receiver used in the entire hotel, rental laptops with wi-fi reception. In Badesi (200 mt. Approx.) Shops, bars, restaurants, medical services and pharmacy. public Bus with surcharge for Badesi sea, at fixed times. With surcharge: sun umbrellas and chairs rental, rubber dinghies, windsurfing (with lessons), pedal boats, canoes, sailing excursions.
