• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes consumptions of electricity, water and gas, bed linen with weekly change; swimming pool from 27/05 to 23/09;
  -Final cleaning. The kitchenette is to be cleaned by the guests;
  -Deposit: € 100 To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Bath towels: 7 euros per persone per change;
  -Baby cot: 25 euros per week.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  -Kitchenet linen unavailable;
  -The guests must call the reception office before their arrival to communicate: their arrival time and arrivals later than 07:00 p.m.
  
  All the beach services are with surcharge
• Reception office hours: from 9am to 12.30 noon, and from 4pm to 7pm (apartment allocation from 4pm to 7pm)
  Guests are kindly asked to respect the above scheduled times, if not possible please contact the village reception.
  In case of late and not previously noticed arrivals, the village management is not responsible for failure to deliver the apartment.
