The residence is placed in a panoramic position with a striking view on the coast It not so far from Badesi town center and is easily reachable by foot. It is composed of many typical and recently built terraced residential units displaced in 2 floors. Its "Club Card Formul" will offer you sport and animation equipments.

close to the resort there is the town center of Badesi, with all kind of services and entertainement: bar, restaurants, markets, foods shops, butcher's shop, tobacconist's and magazines, chemist's shop, bank, post.

Apartments:

:

recently built, stilish furnished and equipoped with all kind of comfort: tv color, all you need to cook and to clean, they have a porch if placed on the groundfloor and a balcony if on the first floor
ONE ROOM APARTMENTS 2 BEDS:: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, bad.
ROOMS APARTMENTS 3/4 BEDS:iving room with kitchenette, double sofa bed or sofa with 2 beds, double room, bad.

Services to be paid locally::

In/Out: saturday from 5.00pm-saturday until 10.00pm
- Weekly charges for consumption must be paid locally per person 25 . it includes: water, electricity, gas and bed linen weekly change
- Final Cleaning: to be paid locally compulsory per apartment € 40,kitchenette excluded;
- Deposite safe: € 50 per apartment
- beach service: compulsory 30€ per apartment( 1 sunumbrella + 2 deckchairs)
- Towels bath not available
- Pets: not allowed
- Cradle: on request € 25 per week. free if brought by the guests
individual sport lessons, competitions, renting of pedalò, canoe e catamaran.

Club Card:

compulsory, to be paid locally from 09/06 al 08/09 per week per person € 25 children 0/3 y. o. excluded) includes:
