• Services: Restaurants in 200 and 500 meters in the other hotels in the group, Multilingual Staff, Babysitting service (fee), Laundry (with charge). Easy beach (extra charge): You have access to services on the beach and pool at the Club Village Forte Cappellini about 500 meters from the front desk of the Residence.
• Other services:
  - Public beach (600 meters) with the possibility of parasols and sunbeds rent;
  - Freshwater pool with an area reserved for children with sunbeds and umbrellas
  at the Residence Porto Piccolo and / or the Grand Hotel Relais Nuraghi;
  - Snack bar and pool bar at the Hotel Porto Piccolo;
  - Tennis Club with three courts with night lighting (with surcharge);
  - Shopping centre in the piazzetta in Baja Sardinia
  
• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  -The Service package includes electricity, water, bed linen and bath towels with weekly change;
  -Final cleaning: it does not include the kitchenette, which is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 30,00 euros extra charge is requested;
  -Safe deposit: refundable at departure after a status check of the apartment.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested when booking)
  -Half Board: 40 euros per day per person(minimum 3 days);
  -Full Board: 65 euros per day per person(minimum 3 days);
  -Club card: 40 euros per week per adult and 25 euros per children from 2 years to 16 years;
  -Pets: only small pets(5kg) admitted to be requested when booking: 60 euros per week;
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  -Possibility Tourist tax: not included.
