Residence Pineta Uno

The residence has 13 apartments,each of which varies in structure and size; adequately furnished, are characterized by large and bright areas. Baia Sardinia, famous place next to the Costa Smeralda, offers in addition to the beautiful beach many first class services, also suitable for the more demanding customers.

Location

The residence is in the pinewood, just outside Baia Sardinia, within walking distance from the main beach. Olbia maritime port and port are approx. 35 Km.

Apartments

Can be located on the ground or first floor with furnished patio or balcony with table and chairs. The apartments are equipped with TV, dishwasher and washing machine (studio flats do not have washing machine). Types available:

Studio - sleeps 2: large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom, terrace; extra bed not available.

Three- roomed apartment - sleeps 4: large living room, kitchen, double bedroom, twin room (sometimes with bunk bed), bathroom; can be on ground floor, sometimes located internally on two levels connected by stairways, with furnished patio, or on the first floor with balcony furnished with chairs; extra bed not available.

Four-roomed apartment - sleeps 5 - with 2 bathrooms: located on two levels connected by stairways, with low beds, single room, 2 bathrooms, patio and terrace; extra bed not available.

Four-roomed apartment - sleeps 6 - with 2 bathrooms: can be located internally on two levels connected by stairways, with large living room, kitchen, double bedroom, 2 twin rooms (one of which may have bunk beds), 2 bathrooms, patio or terrace; extra bed not available.

All the apartments have equipped kitchenette.
